Details:

This early cello by Simone Fernando Sacconi (1895-1974) fully reflects the young master's deep respect and admiration for the aesthetic ideal established by Antonio Stradivari. Maple of superb quality was used for the back, ribs and head, while the spruce of the table is of a narrow grain marked by slight hazelficht.
